The Relief Society for Poles Trust presents a concert for Poland’s centenary

11 November 2018 marks 100 years of Poland ’s return to the Map of Europe - Poland ’s Independence Day.

This once in a lifetime event celebrates the Centenary of Poland’s return to the map of Europe 100 years ago on 11 November 1918.

Polish stars including Kuba Badach, Aleksandra Kurzak, Edyta Gorniak, Ania Jeruc, Sebastian Karpiel-Bulecka, Tadeusz Wozniak, Rafal Bartminski, Anna Wyszkoni, Stanislaw Sojka, Anna Maria Jopek and pianists Leszek Mozdzer, John Paul Ekins and Marek Ruszczynski perform iconic contemporary songs, hits from the Solidarity era and masterpieces by Chopin, Paderewski and Gorecki with the London Gala Orchestra.

Performances by the Silesian Polytechnic Choir with UK based Polish choirs and a massed choir of Polish schoolchildren from Polish Saturday Schools and the Polish Scouts

This once-in-a-lifetime event will be hosted by Kasia Madera and Grazyna Torbicka.
